369Club Pulsa Deposit: How It Works, Fees and Age Limits
This page explains how a 369Club pulsa deposit works: the operators shown, conversion rates, a fee example and a comparison with banks and e-wallets. The button to the site sits at the bottom, after the risks.
Pulsa deposits are not for anyone under 21. Parents can review transaction history in the mobile operator's app, where it is available.
What a pulsa deposit is
Pulsa is Indonesian prepaid mobile credit. A pulsa deposit means you send credit from your SIM card to a number owned by the platform, and that credit is converted into a rupiah balance. The method is popular because it needs no bank account, only a phone with credit on it.
Pulsa differs from a bank transfer in three ways. First, conversion uses a rate, the share of your credit that turns into balance. Anything below 100% means part of the credit is lost as a fee. Second, credit that has been sent generally cannot be cancelled or reclaimed through the mobile operator. Third, your only proof is an SMS or the history in your operator's app, with no clear recipient name.
Each Indonesian operator gives its credit transfer service a different name, and transfers usually run through a USSD code or the operator's app. Operators may cap transfer amounts and charge a service fee on each one. The figures vary by operator and can change, so read the terms in your operator's app or website before sending.
With those fees and caps, pulsa is no route for large amounts. If you still use it, check the destination number in your account's deposit menu, never in a chat.
Pulsa operators on 369Club
The cashier takes pulsa from four mobile networks. Telkomsel and XL convert in full, with no deduction, so the credit you send equals the balance you receive. Tri and Axis use the rate shown on the deposit screen before you confirm.
| Operator | Conversion | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Telkomsel | 100%, no deduction | Send from the MyTelkomsel app or a USSD code |
| XL | 100%, no deduction | Send from the myXL app or a USSD code |
| Tri | Rate shown on the deposit screen | Send from the Bima+ app or a USSD code |
| Axis | Rate shown on the deposit screen | Send from the AXISnet app or a USSD code |
Every 369Club pulsa deposit shows its conversion figure on the deposit screen before you confirm, so compare the credit you are sending against the balance promised. Keep the operator's confirmation SMS until the balance arrives.
369Club "no fee" pulsa claims
Pulsa ads love the phrase "no deductions", and a 369Club pulsa deposit is judged the same way. You can only judge that claim by the balance that actually arrives. Here is a worked example with round numbers. This is a worked example, not a 369Club rate.
| Pulsa sent | Rate | Balance received | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| IDR 100,000 | 100% | IDR 100,000 | IDR 0 |
| IDR 100,000 | 90% | IDR 90,000 | IDR 10,000 |
| IDR 100,000 | 80% | IDR 80,000 | IDR 20,000 |
Even a 100% rate may not be free. Mobile operators can charge a service fee for credit transfers, usually taken from your remaining credit rather than your gaming balance. Check your credit history after the transfer to see the real figure.
Here is how to judge it: divide the balance received by the credit that left your SIM. A result of 0.8 means an effective rate of 80%, whatever the ad says.

369Club deposit methods compared
A 369Club deposit can go through bank transfer, e-wallet or pulsa into the same account. This table compares the three 369Club deposit methods on cost and safety.
| Method | Costs to check | If something goes wrong | Transaction record |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pulsa | Rate gap plus any operator fee | Generally cannot be recalled | Operator SMS or history |
| Bank | Interbank transfer fee, if the banks differ | Can be reported to the bank | Statement line with the recipient name |
| DANA and other e-wallets | Admin fee, depending on where the money goes | Can be reported to the e-wallet | App history with the recipient name |
To compare, write down how many rupiah leave your bank, e-wallet or SIM card and how much balance arrives. The difference is the real cost. For the same amount, a 369Club deposit by DANA or bank transfer usually costs less than pulsa at a rate below 100%, because e-wallet and bank fees are flat amounts rather than a percentage.
There is one more difference. The operator does not mention withdrawals as pulsa, so keep a bank or e-wallet account in your name ready to cash out.

Pulsa and players under 21
The biggest risk
Prepaid SIM cards are sold freely and credit transfers do not check anyone's age. A child holding a parent's phone can send pulsa to any number in seconds.
Real-money gaming platforms are for people aged 21 and over. Pulsa deposits skip the checks a bank normally applies, such as an account held by an adult. That puts the responsibility on whoever owns the number.
For parents, these steps help:
- check the transaction history in the operator's app once a week, if the app shows one;
- use a screen lock your child does not know;
- turn on family controls on Android or iPhone to restrict websites;
- top up a child's phone in small amounts, matched to what they need.
Watch for signs away from the phone too: a child who suddenly asks for top-ups more often, credit that runs out much faster than usual, or deleted transfer confirmation texts.
If the history shows credit sent to unknown numbers, talk it through with your child before reaching for punishment. The goal is to stop the habit, not to push it out of sight.

Other pulsa deposit risks
Before your first 369Club pulsa deposit, know the four risks the ads leave out. They all come from one property of pulsa: once sent, the money is out of your hands.
- Numbers from private chats. An "admin" who sends a destination number over personal WhatsApp may have nothing to do with the platform. Credit sent there will not come back.
- No recipient name. A pulsa transfer SMS shows only a number. Screenshot the deposit menu that shows the destination number.
- Credit sent, balance missing. Send a screenshot of the transfer SMS or history to support and wait. Do not send a second transfer to "nudge" the first one.
- Small habits add up. IDR 20,000 feels like nothing, but ten transfers a month come to IDR 200,000. Keep a running total.
